Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Abdel Fatah El-Sisi, Wednesday, delivered a speech at a military graduation ceremony, calling for rallies to give the army a mandate to counter \"violence and terrorism.\" On their part, the national coalition in support for Sharia called on their part for similar rallies in support of ousted President Morsi.
