The cabinet approved on Wednesday a plan to dig 12 underground water wells in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The plan will be implemented by the General Company for Research and Groundwater (REGWA) and will cost 2,304,185 dollars.

The plan is part of Egypt's regional role in Africa.
