Egypt\'s interim leadership has sworn in new governors for the country\'s 27 governorates excluding the Red Sea and Minufiya, state-run MENA news agency reported on Tuesday. The new governors include Galal al-Saeed for the capital Cairo and Tarek al-Mahdi, outgoing Red Sea governor, for Alexandria.
