The General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) elected on Thursday the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as members of the agency\'\'s Board of Governors for the coming two-year term. Egypt will represent the group of African states while Saudi Arabia will represent the group of Middle Eastern and Asian states, according to the decision of the 55th session of the General Conference. The decision pushed to five the number of Arab members of the 35-member board; Tunisia, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan are members of the board.(
