DM Sheikh Khalid decorates graduated officers Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Lt. Gen. (ret.) Sheikh Khalid Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah on Tuesday decorated on a new batch of graduated officers after issuance of An Amiri Decree in this respect. The ceremony got underway by reading the relevant Amiri Decree, then Sheikh Khalid decorated the new officers who took the oath for the service. Sheikh Khalid congratulated the new batch of graduated officers for earning confidence of HH the Amir and the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. He urged the ranking personnel to excel in their service for the homeland.
