The president of Djibouti\'s opposition coalition, Ahmed Youssouf Houmed, was rushed to hospital on Tuesday morning after experiencing a cardiac arrest, the opposition coalition said on its twitter account. \"Just after the morning prayers, Ahmed Youssouf had a cardiac arrest and is currently at General Peltier Martial Hospital in the Djiboutian capital,\" the statement said, adding that the life of the leader of Union of National Salvation (USN) was out of danger. The Djiboutian opposition, which refused to recognize the results of Feb. 22 legislative elections won by the ruling alliance, has decided to set up a parallel Djiboutian parliament.
