Russia\'s Permanent Representative at the United Nations Vitaly Churkin on Wednesday said that the draft resolution regarding Syria proposed by western countries at the Security Council and the statements made by these countries\' capitals only contribute to escalating violence in Syria. Churkin told journalists that the western project shows that the countries that presented it are still adhering to encouraging vandalism in Syria which will lead to harmful repercussions.
