Chinese police on Monday handed a British criminal suspect over to Scotland Yard authorities at the Beijing Capital International Airport. The suspect, surnamed Price, was apprehended in May by local police in Xianning, central China\'s Hubei province, according to the Ministry of Public Security (MPS). He was accused of selling child pornography from July, 2002 to August, 2003 in Britain, and later fled to China. British police asked China to extradite Price in 2010. The MPS said the successful extradition of Price demonstrated the two sides\' resolution to crack down on crime, and the MPS will continue to strengthen its cooperation with foreign law-enforcement authorities.
