A Boeing 767 with 247 people aboard made an emergency landing Friday in Khabarovsk, Russia, authorities said. No injuries were reported. The aircraft was forced to land after takeoff because of a malfunction of flaps, a statement from authorities said. The plane was on its way from Khabarovsk to Moscow. The 767 is owned by Transaero airlines, RIA Novosti reported. It was carrying 234 passengers and 13 crew members.
