Belgian Foreign Minister Steven Vanackere will visit Seoul next week to discuss boosting bilateral trade, and other regional and global issues, the foreign ministry here said Thursday. During a three-day visit starting Monday, Vanackere will meet with his South Korean counterpart, Kim Sung-hwan, for discussions on bolstering bilateral cooperation in the wake of a Korea-European Union free trade agreement that took effect in July, the ministry said in a press release.
