His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa said that the Kingdom of Bahrain has always welcomed opening up cooperation horizons with friendly India. This came as HRH Premier received at the Gudaibiya Palace today the Indian Minister of State for External Affairs E. Ahmed with whom he discussed the outstanding bilateral relations and ways of bolstering them at all levels. HRH Premier lauded the distinctive deep-rooted relations bonding Bahrain and India in all fields, expressing the kingdom\'s constant desire to enhance joint cooperation in the economic, investment and political fields for the common benefits of the two friendly peoples. HRH Prime Minister praised the Indian community\'s key role and landmark contributions to the building and development march witnessed by the kingdom, expressing the government\'s keenness to ensure safety and tranquility for all expatriate communities in appreciation of the services they provide for the country. The Indian official lauded HRH Premier\'s interest in consolidating cooperation with his country, noting that India is looking forward to bolster its relations with Bahrain further. He also affirmed that the support and care enjoyed by the Indian community in Bahrain do not exist in many countries across the world.
