The Bahrain Society for Training and Human Resources Development (BSTD) held a big celebration in the Gulf Hotel’s conferences hall in honour of State Minister for Electricity and Water Affairs Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza on the occasion of being granted The Award of Distinction in Serving the Community by the Asian Council of Conferences. Ministers, senior officials and representatives of national public and private sector institutions attended.
