At least 15 soldiers were killed on Saturday when gunmen attacked an army outpost near the town of Bani Walid in south-eastern Libya, the state-run news agency LANA reported. LANA added that five soldiers were also wounded in the pre-dawn attack. No one has claimed responsibility. Libya\'s new leaders have been struggling to assert their authority and re-establish security in the North African country since former president Moamer Gaddafi was overthrown in October 2011.
