The Arab League's Secretariat strongly condemned the attacks which occurred in the Iraqi capital Baghdad, saying such incidents were hazardous to the future of Iraq. Arab League Secretary General Nabil Al-Arabi condemned the attack on innocent civilians, stressing that Iraqis should work together to stop terrorists from launching such dreaded acts. After the withdrawal of the US troops, Iraqis should work within the constitution to protect their citizens from harm, said Al-Arabi who called for serious political steps to rid Iraqis from violence.
