The Pakistani Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif on Monday considered dialogue as the priority option to curb terrorism in the country while addressing the political leaders at the All Parties Conference (APC). According to an official press release, the Prime Minister said that the solution to address the terrorism issue would be sorted out with consensus after thorough deliberations by the participants. He further added that it was a test for the democracy to deliver results in shape of peace and a strong economy. The Director General ISI Lt.Gen Zaheerul Islam and Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani briefed the participants of the APC on security situation in the country. The COAS on the occasion told the political leadership of the country that civil and military leadership were on the same page over the issue of national security. All the APC members including political and military leadership concluded after adopting a consensus resolution to overcome the \'national security crisis\' besetting Pakistan. The members also called upon the federal government to initiate dialogues with all stakeholders and take all necessary steps. They agreed to take the issue of drone attacks to United Nations considering the United States led drone attacks in territory of Pakistan as violation of international law.
