Arab League Secretary General Dr. Nabil Al Arabi has condemned the attack early Thursday morning against the UAE embassy in Libya\'s capital, Tripoli. In a statement issued here on Friday, Al Arabia hoped such a criminal act would in any way undermine the close and fraternal relations binding the two countries together calling meantime upon the libyan authorities concerned in Tunisia to place the interest of the homeland above all other considerations French authorities on Friday strongly condemned an attack Thursday against the UAE embassy in Libya\'s capital, Tripoli, expressing solidiarity with the UAE diplomats. \"France condemns in the firmest manner the attack carried out July 25 against the embassy of the UAE in Libya,\" a Foreign Ministry statement said Friday.   \"The construction of a State under the Rule of Law and the acceleration of the transition process according to a known timetable are the first conditions for having security,\" the French statement said. Terrorists using rocket propelled grenades attacked the UAE mission, but no injuries were reported. Foreign embassies and diplomats are regularly targeted by terrorists in Tripoli, and the French embassy itself was the target of a car bombing and was badly damaged several weeks ago
