Rep. Ahn Cheol-soo, a software entrepreneur-turned-lawmaker who has been considering launching a political party of his own, said Sunday that he will not field candidates in next month\'s parliamentary by-elections if only two or three seats are up for grabs. It has not been determined yet how many National Assembly seats will be at stake in the Oct. 30 by-elections. Ahn said he has little resources to field candidates if the upcoming elections carry little political meaning with a couple of seats up for grabs.
