IRI President said in a phone talk with Palestinian Prime Minster Monday, congratulated prisoner exchange, stressing that resistance movement would also further belittle Zionist regime and harbinger greater victories for Palestinians. According to IRNA, the Islamic Republic of Iran President’s Office website further reported President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as saying in his talks with the popular Hamas Palestinian Government’s Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh, “Beyond doubt this prisoner exchange was a great victory for the great Palestinian nation and for the entire Muslims and freedom and justice seekers of the world and the independent nations, who are happy side by side with the oppressed Palestinian people.”  President Ahmadinejad emphasized, “The Islamic Republic of Iran has always been by the side of the oppressed Palestinian nation and the resistance movement and would always support the ideals of that noble and oppressed people.”  The IRI president said that the vulnerability of the Zionist regime is another sign for the victories of the Palestinian resistance, reiterating, “While the entire oppressor powers have been supporting the Zionist regime, Gaza has been under siege, and resistance has been under heavy pressure, Almighty Allah has ensured the victory of the Palestinian nation over the entirety of the Zionist regime and has provided for belittling and humiliating the Zionists.”  The Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh, too, said in the phone talk that the Iranian nation’s support for the oppressed nations is a sign of the authenticity of their Islamic beliefs, and the truly religious stand of the Islamic Republic of Iran, arguing, “Iran has always been a true supporter of the Palestinian people and their ideals, and is the main partner in entire victories of the Palestinian nation.”  He referred to the issue of the prisoner swap deal and the freedom of the Palestinian prisoners, reiterating, “This victory was gained after long years of patience and resistance of the Palestinian Government and nation and is a great Islamic and national achievement.”  After a long a tiresome process of negotiations between the Palestinians and the Zionists that took many years, the two sides finally agreed on exchange of some 1,000 Palestinian prisoners kept in horrendous Israeli cells with Zionist prisoner of Hamas, Gilat Shalot.  The racist Zionists fooling themselves, try to carry the point through that the value of one Zionist mercenary is as high as so many combatants of Islam, which is of course not only greatly benefitting the Palestinians, but also not changing the sheer realities about their nasty nature, and the righteousness of the Palestinians the slightest bit.
