Caretaker Tourism Minister Fadi Abboud on Monday said that Lebanon was incapable of providing shelter or services to the refugees. He said that solving their problem should be by establishing camps on borders and ensuring their needs, similarly to what happened in Turkey and Jordan. Pertaining to the government formation issue, Abboud said a fait accompli government does not represent half of the Lebanese people and it cannot solve the daily problems and theft and abduction operations. \"What is needed today is a national unity government to take discussions from the streets to the Cabinet,\" he told Sawt Al Shaab radio.
