At least seven people, including five policemen were killed and three others injured in a roadside bomb blast in Pakistan\'s Southwestern province of Balochistan, local media reported. Local media, quoting officials, reported that the Monday bomb blast targeted a police van when it was patrolling in the Saranan area of Pishin district, killing three people on spot while injuring seven others, Xinhua reported. Police and rescue teams rushed to the site and shifted the bodies and injured to the hospital where four of the injured succumbed to their injuries. Later, all the injured were shifted to the provincial capital of Quetta due to their critical condition. The blast destroyed the police van, as well as a minibus that was loaded with passengers. District police chief Mehboob Rasheed said that the roadside bomb was detonated with a remote controlled device as a police van reached the site. No group claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
