At least one soldier was killed and four others injured in an explosion that took place Tuesday in North of Sinai ,Egypt. A security source said today that an IED (improvised explosive devise) exploded in the city of Rafah this morning. All those injured were immediately transferred to a hospital to receive treatment. Meanwhile, the railway system went back on in Cairo and the Delta, for the first time since the authorities stopped it in August 14. The decision to get the railway transport system back on was accompanied by very strict security measures to safeguard the passengers and trains. Sources inside the railways authorities revealed that the railway system will resume in the rest of Egypt in the coming days.
