Seven police officers were killed in an ambush on Saturday in central Kenya as they attempted to arrest cattle rustlers, officials said. At least 20 officers sustained injuries in the attack, while 10 are said to be missing. The cattle rustlers were reported to have been behind the ambush. They were accused of killing more than a dozen people in the past month, sources said.
