Jordanian King Abdallah II stressed that his country will not be part of any military attack on Syria, adding that this is against Jordan\'s principles. In an interview published by the Jordanian newspaper Alrai and Jordan Times on Wednesday, the monarch said Jordan seeks rallying efforts to halt bloodshed, end the ongoing war and reach a political solution to stabilise the Arab state. He warned of a catastrophic escalation if such political solution was not reached or delayed, calling on all Syrian parties to heed national interests.
