Sources in Lebanon's Office of Special Tribunal have revealed that registrar Herman von Hebel arrived in Beirut on Sunday ahead of meetings with senior Lebanese officials. The sources said that Hebel will brief the officials on commencement of the trials scheduled for March 25, including the Rafik Hariri assassination case. He will also focus on information related to witnesses which was leaked by Lebanese media, and possible judicial action to prevent witnesses being exposed to risk.
