Three Syrians have died in the northeastern Egyptian city of Arish, after a stabbing reportedly caused by a familial dispute. Fawzy and Sherine Fawzy Abu-Haroun, aged 63 and 24 respectively and 45-year-old Mona Mohamed Zahran died in the North Sinai capital due to stab wounds. The Abu-Haroun daughter’s husband allegedly killed the Syrians due to unknown family differences. The three Syrians’ bodies have been transferred by ambulance to the public hospital morgue in Arish, according to eyewitnesses.
