Egyptian actress Najla Badr

Egyptian actress Najla Badr revealed that she will participate in two new TV drama shows during the coming Ramadan, including “Ramadan Kareem” and “30 Days”. She stressed that she bets on her new series “30 Days”, describing it as a turning point in her career. She added, “When I read the scenario, I was impressed. The new work includes a large number of superstars, including Bassel Al Khaiat, Asser Yassin, and Nourhanne.”

She added that her role in “30 Days” TV series will be a surprise, while she refused to give any more details. She also praised “Ramadan Kareem” TV series, stressing her confidence in its director Sameh Abdel Aziz. She added that the scenario is written in a professional way, appreciating scenarist Ahmed Abdullah. She added that the series is the first drama work produced by Sobky Production Company.

She expressed her pleasure for the success of her works presented during last Ramadan, including “Above Reproach”, saying that she was expecting their success due to their dependence on excitement and thrill. She refuted the increasing criticism against “Strong Women” TV series, saying that it was discussing a number of critical issues witnessed in the community.

She added that she is happy for participating in “The Originals” as a guest of honor, stressing that she gives the priority to the drama works, while she will not abandon her original work as the TV host. She expressed her appreciation to the role performed by her husband to support her in her career.

She added that her wedding came in a short period, saying that her husband, businessman Mohamed Afifi attracted her quickly. She added that they have been invited to participate in a TV program outside Egypt so they had to conduct a quick wedding party. She stressed that they will conduct a major party to mark the first memory of their marriage.
