Cabbage 1 full head chopped.
Green Onions 1 bunch chopped.
Butter 1/2 stick.
Almonds 3/4 cup slivered.
Sesame seeds 2 1/2 tbsp
Ramen noodles 2 packs crushed.
Sauce:
White Vinegar 1/4 cup.
Sugar 1/2 cup.
Vegetable Oil 3/4 cup
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
In a medium skillet over low heat, brown ramen noodles, sesame seeds and almonds with butter.
In a small sauce pan, boil vinegar, sugar and vegetable oil for about 1 minute.
Cool and add soy sauce.
In a large bowl, mix the chopped cabbage, green onions and ramen noodle mixture.
Now add the sauce and mix well.
It is now ready to be served
