HE President of the Libyan State Supreme Council Dr Abdulrahman Al Sawihli arrived Sunday in Doha for an official visit to the State of Qatar.The President and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by HE Libya's Ambassador to Qatar Abdulmonsif Al Bori.
