Violent clashes broke out between ISIS extremist group and Syrian governmental troops in the front of Yarmouk Refugees Camp. Meanwhile, sources revealed that the Syrian troops held an agreement with the extremist militants to allow them withdraw from the southern areas of Syrian capital of Damascus to the other areas controlled by the extremist group on the eastern side of Syria.

Muntasır Billah Brigade stated on its Facebook page that its heroes managed to arrest three members of the government forces, near Amiyah Village in the countryside of al-Bab City, east of Aleppo. The soldiers were arrested for looting property of citizens in the village, the statement added. Noteworthy, Amiyah Village is located near al-Bab in the opposition-held areas, east of Aleppo.

Syrian Air Force, on Sunday, carried out air strikes on towns, in eastern Homs, while clashes broke out between regime forces and the Islamic State militants, east of the city of Palmyra, Qasioun News Agency reported. The agency stated that warplanes of the Syrian Air Forces bombarded the city of al-Sokhna and al-Taiba town, in eastern Homs, concurrently with an artillery shelling on the area.

Meanwhile, clashes broke out between government forces and the Islamic State militants in the vicinity of silos, east of the city of Palmyra, while the IS militants managed to foil the attempt of the regime forces to advance into the vicinity of al-Abtar Mountain and Kasr al-Halabat, west of Palmyra.

Furthermore, several civilians were injured in an artillery shelling conducted by the government forces on al-Houla area, north of Homs. Noteworthy, ongoing battles take place between the Islamic State militants and Syrian government forces in the city of Palmyra, in an attempt by the latter to advance toward Deir Ezzor, east of Syria.

Syrian government forces shelled areas in the city of Salamiyah, in eastern Hama, while pointed out that coalition aircraft struck Raqqa and army warplanes bombarded the southeastern countryside of Damascus. The observatory stated that Syrian government forces shelled, yesterday, several arreas in the western countryside of Salamiyah City, in eastern Hama, but no casualties were reported.

Meanwhile in Raqqa, aircraft of the US-led international coalition struck areas in the northern outskirts of the city, the main stronghold of the Islamic State in Syria, without resulting in any casualties. In Damascus, several pro-government forces fighters were either killed or wounded in an air strike carried out by the army warplanes on al-Dakwa area, in the southeastern countryside of Damascus.
