H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras al-Khaimah, has received H.R.H Prince Guillaume, Hereditary Grand Duke of Luxembourg, and his accompanying delegation, who are currently on an official visit to the country.

H.H. Sheikh Saud Al Qasimi welcomed Prince Guillaume, and wished him a successful visit, and hoped it will contribute to the development of friendly relations and cooperation between the two sides. H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras al-Khaimah, was also present at the meeting.

During the meeting, they exchanged views on bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them, especially in the cultural, tourism and trade fields, reflecting the deep friendship and history between the UAE and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Prince Guillaume praised the remarkable development witnessed by the UAE at various levels, and the Ruler of Ras al-Khaimah held a luncheon in honour of the Heir-Apparent of the Grand Duchy.

The meeting was attended by local Sheikhs and senior officials, along with a number of heads and directors of government departments in the emirate.
