Al Azhar Grand Imam Dr Ahmed el Tayyeb met Sunday with Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa to review plans of Awqaf Ministry to train imams through organizing courses throughout Egypt after Eidul-Fitr vacation.

In a statement by the Awqaf Ministry, Tayyeb said that the training should be held near the place of residence of the imams.
