Crude oil prices rose to $85 per barrel Friday as heads of state in Europe reached several breakthrough agreements to support the euro. West Texas Intermediate crude oil gained $7.13 on the New York Mercantile Exchange, a 9.2 percent jump to $84.82 per barrel. Home heating oil prices also jumped but settled in late trading and ended down 0.99 cents from the peak to reach $2.70 per gallon. Reformulated blendstock gasoline in late trading settled at $2.6118 per gallon. Natural gas for July delivery eased back to $2.814 per million British thermal units after hitting a peak of $2.832. At the pump, the national average price of unleaded gasoline fell to $3.353 per gallon Friday from Thursday\'s $3.369, AAA said.
