Crude oil prices dipped early, then retook the $102 per barrel plateau Wednesday morning with traders expecting an inventory build up in the week.On the New York Mercantile Exchange, crude oil gained 13 cents to $102.19 per barrel.Natural gas gave up 14 cents to $4.86 per million British thermal units.Brent Crude Oil Spot Price in London was at $110.37 a barrel, up from 110.14 the previous market day.
