Hossein Kazempour Ardebili was appointed as Iran’s representative to OPEC’s Board of Governors, the latest list of Board of Governors published by organization\'s secretariat showed. Kazempour Ardebili is a veteran oil manager who served as Iran’s governor for OPEC several years to 2008. He takes the place of Mohammad Ali Khatibi who served as Iran’s governor for OPEC during the Rostam Qasemi’s tenure as oil minister
