The Iraqi oil ministry announced the increase in its crude oil production and revenues for August, 2013. The exported quantities reached to 80 million barrels, compared to 72 million barrels in July last. Oil ministry spokesman Asim Jihad said that the revenues reached to $8.365 million. He added that Kirkuk-Cyhan exports were increased despite the terrorist attacks against the transporting pipeline. The quantities were delivered by 31 oil companies, in addition to quantities transported to Jordan by trucks.
