South Korea's bank

South Korea's bank lending rates for new loans fell to a fresh low last month, but the pace of the decline slowed from August, central bank data showed Thursday.
The average rate for new loans to households, companies and other organizations reached 4.14 percent in September, down 0.04 percentage point from the previous month, according to the Bank of Korea (BOK). It marks the lowest tally since the central bank began compiling the data in 1996.
