President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Thursday issued a presidential decree approving a loan agreement between Egypt and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD).

The 500-million-dollar loan will be channeled into supplying natural gas to residential units in Egypt.

The agreement was signed in September last year.
