The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is currently ranked third among international strategic partners on annual commitment of Official Development Assistance (ODA) for Vietnam. The assessment was made at a conference on the Country Partnership Strategy (CPS) for 2012-2015 held in southern Binh Duong province on Friday. During the conference, ADB hailed Vietnam\'s efforts to achieve national goals of industrialization by 2020, reducing poverty, tackling natural disasters and climate change, and affirmed that ADB will always pay special attention to those goals of development and hoped to continue supporting Vietnam on economic development, healthcare and education. Tran Thanh Liem, vice chairman of Binh Duong provincial people\' s committee said that ADB has great contributions to the province\' s economic development in recent years, especially on projects of infrastructure, environment and water supply. According to experts and businesses, 2012 will be a tough year for Vietnam\'s economy, therefore, it is necessary to take advantage of all resources to develop socio-economy and support businesses in boosting production and exports.
