A group of Iranian electronics engineers urged release of their abducted colleagues in Syria In a statement issued on Monday, the Iranian Association of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, condemned the abduction of seven Iranian engineers working in a power plant in the city of Homs by unknown armed men. They also called on all scientific circles worldwide to condemn the inhuman action. The statement further stressed that infra-structural activities which benefit the whole humanity should not be messed up with political disputes since such an attitude would be against prosperity and welfare of people.
