Information Ministry's Undersecretary Salah Al-Mubarki underlined here Wednesday the depth of Kuwaiti-Qatari relations in all fields, hailing an agreement signed today between Kuwaiti and Qatari radio stations as a new sign of close cooperation. Al-Mubarki made his remarks, in a speech while welcoming the Qatari delegation, headed by Qatari Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Media Corporation Mubarak Jaham Al-Quwari, adding that the signing of such an agreement between the two sides shows Gulf leaders' keenness to boost ties of brotherhood and cooperation, praising efforts in order to achieve these steps. The official also noted that the signing of such cooperation agreement, especially in media field comes to emphasize the importance for communication between peoples in the Arabian Gulf, indicating that the two stations, Qatari Voice of the Gulf and Kuwait Voice, will have the greatest influence in documenting brotherly relationship between the two sides. For his part, Al-Quwari praised efforts exerted by Kuwaiti officials to sign the agreement, particularly the role of Kuwaiti Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah in overcoming all obstacles to achieve such cooperation between two sides.
