A Thai court on Wednesday issued an arrest warrant for an unnamed foreign man over the deadly Bangkok shrine bombing, shortly after police released a sketch of the prime suspect.

The warrant, issued by Bangkok's Southern Criminal Court, accuses an "unnamed foreigner" of conspiracy to commit "premeditated murder" among other charges, linked to the bomb that killed 20 people on Monday.
