Twenty Hungarian police were injured on Wednesday in clashes with migrants at the Serbian border, the Hungarian government said.

"In the clashes between the migrants and the police, 20 police were injured," said Gyorgy Bakondi, Prime Minister Viktor Orban's chief advisor.
