Syrian air forces raid Lebanese border town, 5 injured

The Syrian air forces raided the outskirts of the Lebanese border town of Arsal on Thursday, injuring five people, Lebanese LBCI TV reported.A local security official confirmed the airstrike to Xinhua on condition of anonymity.The raid came one day after Syrian jets dropped five shells in the same area, whose residents are mostly supportive of the revolt in Syria against President Bashar al-Assad.
