Forces of Manbij military council take control of 10 villages

Forces of the Manbij Military Council (MMC) took control of 10 villages in eastern Manbij city in the Eastern Aleppo countryside.
Russia Today channel said that the council's forces foiled a car bomb attack at the entrance to Kherfan village.
Fierce clashes between MMC forces and Daesh elements are still ongoing in villages in southeastern Manbij city, the broadcast added.
Earlier, reports indicated that forces of the MMC and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), backed by air support from the international coalition, managed to arrive at the outskirts of Manbij city.
