A suicide mortar attack on al-Wafidin Camp
Damascus - Arab Today
Three civilians were killed as terrorists from “Jaish al Islam” fired mortar shells at al Wafidin Camp neighborhood near Damascus.
Seven others were reported injured in the attack that included 5 shells, a source at the Police Command of Damascus Countryside told SANA, noting that a woman was among the dead and that most of the injured were women and children.
Al Wafidin Camp, located to the northeast of Douma city, is home to thousands of families displaced from the Syrian Golan by the Israeli occupation authorities since 1967.
