Air raids on Deir el-Zor
London - Arab Today

At least 40 people were reported killed during air strikes launched on the Syrian towns of Tabiyyah and al-Boleel, Deir ez-Zor.

According to the London-based Syrian Observatory For Human Rights (SOHR), the northern western section of Deir ez-Zor city and al-Baghilaia area are still witnessing violent clashes between regime forces and the Daesh terrorist group.

The observatory said that all the causalities are civilians including whole families.

It was unclear if the raids in Deir ez-Zor province, which is mostly controlled by Daesh group, were carried out by Russian or regime warplanes, the Britain-based observatory said.
