Talent hunt in Dubai searches for "The One"

A reality show dubbed The One is searching for the best singing talent in the region.
The trilingual show wants to give a platform to English, Hindi and Urdu singers.
It is open to residents of the GCC and divided into two age groups, above and below 21, with 30 participants in each category. An audition followed by several rounds of voting will lead to a winner. The talent hunt is also reaching out to 16 workers’ accommodations in the UAE to give blue collar residents an equal platform to showcase their talent.
Interested candidates must register online on the My One Show website or The One app and follow instructions.
The judging panel is comprised of singer Shibani Kashyap, lead vocalist of the Edge Jeewan Gurung, and vocal coach Stacy Smith.
In December, The One finale will take place in front of a live audience at IMG Worlds of Adventure.
