Popular mobilization participates in military operation to liberate Mosul

The popular mobilization fighters are taking part in the military operation to retake militant-held Mosul city.
In press statements on Saturday, the spokesperson for the media office of popular mobilization Ahmed al Asadi called on Iraqi people to be united to confront the challenges besetting them.
The offensive against Daesh group in Mosul involves more than 25,000 soldiers, police, Kurdish fighters, Sunni tribesmen and the Shiite militia.
