Iraqi Forces Launch Military Operations to Liberate Mosul
Baghdad - Arab Today

Anti-terrorism forces will start within days the second phase of liberating Mosul province, said an Iraqi official

In press statements Saturday, leader in the anti-terrorism body Sami el Aradi said the Iraqi forces are ready to start a battle to liberate the northern part of Mosul province.

The operation to retake Mosul began on October 17. Daesh terrorist group seized the city in 2014, when it overran territory in a large-scale offensive in the country and named Mosul its so-called headquarters.
