Iraqi army launches operation to liberate Okashat
Baghdad - MENA
An Iraqi military source said Saturday that an operation has been launched to liberate Okashat district of Anbar from Daesh militants.
The operation started early Saturday with the participation of Anbar police and the Popular Mobilization Forces, the source told Al Sumaria News.
Okashat area, western Anbar, had been under Daesh control since 2014.
